*Self-Contained coolant supply of water serves as a ballast weight for high-torque applications. Water must be added as required when testing in excess of prescribed testing time.

*Overheating safety fuse automatically drops the torque load when water temperature reaches 180-190 Deg. F(82-88 Deg. C)

*All units are equipped with Shear Pin Release and Safety shields.

*Dynamometer is ready for operation immediately upon receipt. An AW Representative follows your new AW Dyno and trains all key personnel in its use and maintenance until satisfied.

JETest Motor Test Systems

JETest Motor Test Systems

AC High Voltage Module
Configured for 1200, 2400, 4200, 4800 and 7200VAC applications.

AC Low Voltage Module
Configured for 0 - 600VAC applications.

DC Field And Armature Module
Configured for 1000VDC maximum applications.

AC - acquires and displays line to line voltages and currents, input power and power factor.

DC - acquires and displays field and armature voltages and currents and input power.

Temperature and Vibration Acquires and displays data from four, configurable temperature and vibration points. Package includes thermocouples accelerometers, data acquisition hardware and necessary cabling.

Data Management Automatically creates a searchable database of test results. This allows users to search test results by customer name, job number, serial number, manufacturer or date range. It also allows reprinting of historical test data for analysis.

* Example: 60°F water requires 7 gpm to test 100 H.P.

*Return lines from the dynamometer back to the cooling system or drain must be of the correct size as not to create more than 8-10 P.S.I of back pressure on the dynamometer’s tank. Water must be forced through the system for proper cooling.

*It is intended to create a pressure drop from the incoming water 30-60 P.S.I down to a maximum of 8-19 lbs on the outlet. Pressures greater than 8-10 lbs. on the dynamometer tank will reduce water seal life.
